Route 66 will only celebrate its centennial once, and we're hosting a huge party to celebrate!  Get Your Kicks at CAM: A Celebration of Route 66 will bring the house down as part of our annual event to fundraise to preserve, exhibit, and teach the history and art of the automobile and its influence on our lives.

 

This year, we’ll be celebrating all things Route 66, transforming our space into an authentic rest stop where history comes alive. Our community is invited to get their kicks at CAM with a VIP reception including many time-traveling experiences:  a spread of elevated American food favorites, cocktails, a fabulous one-of-a-kind auction offering unique experiences and items, Polaroid photo experiences, vintage treasures for sale, an interactive trading post, and more on November 13, 2026.   The event will feature many custom activations, including a conversation with John Ficarra, car historian who ‘allegedly’ holds the world record for the most competitive Cannonball runs.
