Education Tour Reservation Form
Please note, this form is not a confirmation of a booked tour. Please allow 2-5 business days for a confirmation email from frontdesk@calautomuseum.org.
Please fill out the following information about the number of individuals in your group. We will reach out concerning your 50% deposit and any other details about your tour!
All education tours besides Motorworks are $1 per student. Title I Schools are free, not including the Motorworks program. The Motorworks program is $3 per student.
All tours must be requested at least two weeks in advance to desired date of visit. We can accept general school tours** any day of the week except Tuesday
**Motorworks tours cannot be accommodated on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Is the school a Title I School?*

A deposit is required to reserve the date and time for your tour. We require a minimum of 50% of the tour total to be paid when the reservation is confirmed with Museum staff.
All school tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, and must either have or pay for a minimum of 10 individuals.
We require at least 72 hours’ notice in order to cancel or reschedule a program or tour. The deposit is non-refundable for tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the tour.
Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes may forfeit their scheduled program and deposit.
We require one adult chaperone for every 10 student visitors ages 5 – 17 and one adult chaperone for every 5 students under the age of 5.
